HotSchedules enables you, as an above-store user, to easily keep track of what’s going on at all of your stores. With the Above Store Console, you’ll be able to not only log in to any of your stores, but get a bird’s eye view of how the stores are doing, and easily communicate with them.
The Above Store Console is fairly easy to navigate. The tabs at the top take you into the various areas of the Above Store Console, and the tabs available are determined by each individual’s permissions. Each tab has a drop-down menu, so you are easily able to get where you want to go.
To visit one of your stores, simply click its name in the Go To Store drop-down menu. The store will appear in a new window, so you can easily return to the Above Store Console.
The Above Store Console has been designed to be very intuitive, yet extremely powerful. This training includes many of its more common tools, but please contact your Customer Success Manager or the HotSchedules Customer Care team with questions if they aren’t answered here.
