The system can indeed display the costs of training for each department through a feature called the Passive Shift Costs Report. This report is part of the Labour Productivity Scheduling solution and enables users to view the total number of passive shift hours, including training hours, by department. It also provides the total costs associated with these passive shifts, allowing for effective monitoring and reporting of training expenses.
