Welcome email
I recently changed jobs, and both use fourth app, the problem is that from the new job I didn't receive the welcome email with the link for the new account and when I try to log in from the password recovery link I receive the recovery from the company in which I worked before.
I already talk with my manager about and he said that I should have received the email yesterday, but I still didn't, I also already check all spam or junk folder on my email

We're sorry you're having trouble accessing your welcome email.
There are three things you can do:
1. Ask your manager to double check which email it was sent to
2. If the welcome email is still not working ask your manager to send you a welcome sheet (find out more here)
3. If you still want a welcome email please try and provide your manager with a different emailHope that helps.
