You will have received either a Welcome Email or Welcome Sheet. See below on how to access them.
Please note: If you haven't received it, see your manager to get started
Accessing your Welcome Email
- Go to the email inbox of the email attached to your account
- Select the second email sent from HotSchedules
- Scroll down and select the Create Your Profile button
Accessing your Welcome Sheet
Your welcome sheet has your temporary Username and Password
- Go to the URL on your welcome sheet: setup.hotschedules.com
- Input your temporary Username and Password
- Select Continue

Now you will need to Create Your Profile.
Setting up Your Profile
This step is the same for both Welcome Email and Welcome Sheet.
- Set your new Username and Password
- Input your Phone Number and set your Security Questions
- Accept the User Agreement
You will now be logged in and have access to your schedule. To log in again, use the Username and Password you set
When you finish setting up your profile we'll send you your Username - you can come back to this email if you forget! If you had a Welcome Sheet, your temporary Username and Password are no longer valid.

I never received a password all i have is a user name

Please ask your manager for either a welcome sheet or welcome email in order to set up a new profile, once you set up your new username and password you can login.
