Once your username and/or password is updated from the temporary 7 digit login credentials you were given on the welcome sheet when you were first hired, the welcome sheet that is re-printed will use Asterisks for the password for security reasons. If you obtained a new welcome sheet from your manager because you were unable to login to your hotschedules account and you still cannot login, your manager or customer care will need to reset your password.
