Why can't I submit a Request?

If you are attempting to submit a request on HotSchedules and it is getting denied or you are receiving an error it could be for a few reasons.

1. One could be that the day you are trying to submit is past the cut of threshold. Managers are able to set up a certain period of time that requests must be submitted by.

2. The day you are requesting could be blocked.

This is not user friendly. I just want to view my company's schedule and request a specific day off. It seems to me this just keeps going in circles. It's a simple request. Can someone please help me?
