If you utilize the forecasting feature in HotSchedules, then you have selected several weeks based on your trends. The sales numbers are averaged to create the projections for the week you are doing the forecast for.
However, you still have the ability to make adjustments to the projections. Simply select the option to add an adjustment. You will be able to create and apply a percent or dollar adjustment to specific days and time during the week.
This can be helpful if you are expecting to be busier than normal due to an event or even to zero out a day that you will be closed.
