    this still has not got me into the fourth system i forgot password and still cannot get in even after clicking of forgot password ,

     i am so annoyed now  i have been trying to login in for 2 days. still after reading the information , i still cannot get in

    Thanks for your message. We can see that you have contacted our support team regarding this recently so it is possible that this is now resolved for you. A couple of things to note, however:

    • This post here is relating to our US-based HotSchedules product, so it is possible that some information you have read does not marry up with what you're seeing (in the UK-based Fourth app)
    • In one of the support tickets, it seems there are two different email addresses being referred. We will not post the full details here for security reasons but it seems that the email address we have on record for you (your username) contains the number '563', whereas the email address you provided contains '54754' - so this could be a cause for you not seeing the password reset email

    I cannot get into my email account how do I find out my username then?

    That does not sound very good! We suggest you speak with your manager or system administrator to try and recover your username. If they cannot help then please submit a support request with us. But, you will ultimately need to regain access to your email account to prevent a repeat of this in the future.
