Continuous service date vs length of service

Reporting mainly shows the actual length of service including the start date
Is there a way for the solution to look at continuous service date for all reporting and not to look at start date?

I hope you are well.

Customised reports can be made in order to report on the continuous service start date, however currently, there is no way to adjust all reports to report on this rather than the start date.
