As part of our ongoing investment in the performance, scalability, and security of Fourth products, we will be carrying out scheduled maintenance across the Fourth North America platform. This proactive work helps ensure we continue to deliver a reliable and secure service for all our customers.
Maintenance Window:
Wednesday, 18 November 2026, 06:30-09:00 UTC/GMT
During this window, access to some Fourth North America applications will be temporarily unavailable for all users of the affected North America applications.
The following products will be affected during the maintenance window:
- Inventory Management - Purchasing & Inventory (Adaco), Inventory (R9), Recipe & Menu Engineering (StarChef), and Purchase to Pay (TradeSimple)
- Financial Services - Fuego Mobile App, Fuego UI
- Mobile Applications & Analytics - Forecast Manager, all Connected apps e.g. Ordering, Counting, Receiving, Menu Cycles etc. Fourth Analytics.
Hotschedules, People Matter, and Macromatix will remain accessible
Integrations
All Fourth Integration APIs will remain available, except the HR Gateway API, which will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window.
To avoid processing errors, we recommend not sending data to the HR Gateway API during this time.
Any submissions attempted during the maintenance window will fail and will need to be resent by the customer once maintenance is complete.
Prism HR Sync will be paused. Any submissions (new hire, location changes and new customer provisioning) will be delayed before being processed after the maintenance window.
Scheduled Jobs and Data Processing
Scheduled jobs, imports, exports, and scheduled tasks should continue to run as expected. Should any processes fail during the maintenance window, they will automatically be re-triggered once maintenance is complete.
Imports or exports scheduled for Fourth Analytics or Fourth Connect during the maintenance window will automatically run once the maintenance is complete.
