As part of our ongoing investment in the performance, scalability, and security of Fourth products, we will be carrying out scheduled maintenance across the Fourth EMEA platform. This proactive work helps ensure we continue to deliver a reliable and secure service for all our customers.
Maintenance Window
Saturday 25th April 2026, 03:00 – 05:00 BST
During this window, the following Fourth applications will be unavailable to all users
Workforce Management
UK HR & Payroll (People System), Scheduling (Labour Productivity), UK Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Inventory Management
Purchasing & Inventory (Adaco), Inventory (R9), Recipe & Menu Engineering (StarChef), Purchase to Pay (TradeSimple)Mobile Applications
Access to Fourth accounts via Fourth SSO, the Fourth app (including branded apps), all connected apps, e.g. Ordering, Counting, Receiving, Menu Cycles, etc.Fourth Analytics
Integrations
All Fourth Integration APIs will remain available, except for the Labour Productivity API (Fourth HR Gateway), which will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
To avoid processing errors, we recommend not sending data to the Labour Productivity API during this time.
Any submissions attempted during the maintenance window will fail and must be resent by the customer once maintenance is complete.
Scheduled Jobs and Data Processing
Scheduled jobs, imports, exports, and scheduled tasks will continue to run as expected. Should any processes fail during the maintenance window, they will automatically be re-triggered once maintenance is complete.
Imports or exports scheduled for Fourth Analytics or Fourth Connect during the maintenance window will automatically run after the maintenance is finished.
