Overview
Organisation and Location Day Parts let administrators define configurable time periods (e.g. Morning, Lunch, Afternoon, Evening) for consistent scheduling, reporting, and workforce planning.
Day Parts can be set at two levels:
- Organisation Day Parts - Default for all locations
- Location Day Parts - Customised for specific locations with different operating hours
If a location has no Location Day Parts configured, the organisation-level Day Parts are automatically used.
Each Day Part includes:
- A unique label (max 45 characters)
- Start and end times
- Validation to prevent overlapping periods
