Minimum Staffing in Demand Graph
A new toggle control has been added to the Daily Deployment Demand Graph in Revenue-Based Scheduling (RBS), allowing users to show or hide minimum staffing levels as a distinct visual layer.
How it works:
- A new toggle is available on the Demand Graph to show or hide minimum staffing levels.
- When enabled, minimum staffing levels are displayed as a distinct visual layer alongside the fixed tasks requirements Fig.1
- Minimum staffing is now displayed independently and no longer stacked on top of deployment bars
- The toggle state (on/off) persists for the duration of the user's session
Demand Graph Current State:
Minimum Staffing Levels in Deployment Tooltip
Following last month's release (New Details in Daily Deployment Breakdown Tooltip – 25th March 2026), the deployment graph tooltip has been enhanced to include minimum staffing level data.
Minimum staffing levels are displayed within the tooltip as part of the required staffing section, shown in brackets alongside the standard required figures. This provides immediate visibility into the baseline staffing floor directly from the tooltip, without needing to navigate elsewhere.
Additionally, a new area-level breakdown has been introduced. This complements the existing role-based breakdown and is available to all customers.
Who this applies to: All customers who use Revenue-Based Scheduling (RBS).
Release date: 22 April 2026
