PeopleMatter: Administrators: Who has the Ability to Rehire a Former Team Member?

All Administrators and Managers have the ability to rehire a former Team Member (marked as eligible for rehire).  If the Team Member has been separated, you should see the Rehire button on the Work Info tab within the Team Member's record in the legacy view, or against the team member quick view in the beta view.

Notes:

• If you do not see this feature (Rehire), it will need to be turned on by member of the PeopleMatter Support Team at the request of your organization's administrator. 
  • • If this setting is turned on, all of the following roles would be able to rehire:
      • • Primary Admin
        • Financial Admin
        • Business Admin
        • Human Resources Manager
        • Business Unit Admin
        • Custom Store Manager (if configured)
    • Business Unit Admins may not rehire anyone previously marked as ineligible for rehire.
