Primary Admin, Business Admin, Financial Admin
● Can edit target labor configuration.
● View target labor across the locations for which they have been granted access.
● Can edit target labor amounts.
● Can see everything store level users can see all of the information that store managers see.
● Receive notifications if managers publish schedules that are outside of the target labor thresholds.
HR Manager with Full Access
● View target labor across the locations for which they have been granted access.
● Can edit target labor amounts.
● Can see everything store level users can see all of the information that store managers see.
● Receive notifications if managers publish schedules that are outside of the target labor thresholds.
HR Manager with View Only Access
● Can view target labor (cannot edit).
● Can view schedule information.
+ WHAT STORE-LEVEL USERS CAN DO AND SEE
Business Unit Admin
● Can see target labor for their authorized location(s), but cannot edit target labor amounts.
● Will receive a warning if they attempt to publish a schedule that contains cost/hours that are too high or low compared to target labor thresholds.
● Can override the publish warning.
Schedule-Only Role
● Will not be allowed to see target labor or cost information.
● Will not get target labor warnings when they publish schedules with hours or cost outside of thresholds.
