Overview
Under HIRE, the Availability section allows the Administrator to configure shifts that applicants can use on the job application to indicate their availability. Managers can also filter applicants based on their shifts.
To access Availability at any time, go to:
- Settings > Select your organization > HIRE/Availabilities

To edit the days you are open
- Select Edit Days Open
- Choose the days you are open. The day will appear in orange if marked
- Select Save

To add or edit availabilities
You may use the default shifts provided by PeopleMatter or customize the shifts to meet your needs. Availability is based on the time of day and day of the week.
- Select Add New or click on the name of the existing shift to edit
- Enter Name
- Indicate Start Time and End Time
- Select to indicate which days available. The day will appear in orange if marked
- At the top of the form, notice that you can create a Spanish version of the Availability.
Please note: PeopleMatter will not translate this information for you; you will need to enter the text in Spanish if you choose to use this feature.
- Select Save
