What’s New?

• Employment Change Request
  The new Employment Change Request Workflow is a rebranded and expanded version of the former Salary Request Workflow. Previously limited to updates for Locations, Divisions, Job Titles, and Salary, it now allows a broader range of employment changes with improved visibility into conflicts and resolutions. The workflow also now supports pay and employment changes for hourly employees.
   

• Employment History Conflict Resolution
  The new Conflict Resolution feature helps manage overlapping changes in an employee’s career history, triggered by changes made in the Employment Details page. It ensures data integrity by flagging conflicts when multiple updates share overlapping effective dates. If a conflict occurs, users are directed to the Conflict Resolution page, which lists all related changes in chronological order for review.
