Overview
Users with the 'Create and Edit Labour Standards' permission can create and edit Daily Periods, which are used in Labour Standards configuration.

To apply the permission,
- Go to Settings > User Configuration > User Levels
- Select Edit against the required User Level
- Tick the box against Create and Edit Labour Standards, scroll down and Save

Creating Daily Periods
- Go to Settings > Admin configuration > Daily Periods
Existing Daily Periods will be listed (see Fig.2). Please note, for Locations that are set as 'Schedule departments as one', the top listed 'Department Name' will be displayed.
- Select Create New (or Edit an existing one)

- Enter a Name, Start/End Times, and Save

The newly created Daily Period will then be listed onscreen and can be selected when configuring Labour Standards. For guidance on Labour Standards, please see WFM UK: Activity-Based Scheduling - Performance Edition: Fixed Labour Standards.
Copying Daily Periods
- Go to Settings > Admin configuration > Copy Daily Periods
- Select a Department to copy from, and Department(s) to copy to
- Then select Copy Daily Periods
