The budgeting process within HotSchedules is focused on setting labor budgets for locations and having this information visible when the schedule is being created. Default budgets can be created for each job code and can be entered as a labor percent, labor hours, or several other metrics.

Has anyone discovered a workaround for including manager's salaried hours in the labor calculations?
Hi Laura, not sure your company setup and if you're using Salaried functionality. If you're not, then all employees have an hourly rate of pay are included in the labor calculations.
