We’re pleased we’ve been able to support our customers navigate these extraordinary times by developing our solutions so you can follow HMRC guidance to process employee Furlough payments.
When the COVID-19 restrictions start to ease, we appreciate that the safety of your staff and guests will be paramount when deciding how you reopen. Customers will naturally be wary of visiting hospitality venues and will look for reassurance that all reasonable precautions are being taken.
You will need to know that you can staff your sites with a healthy workforce and be able to communicate the safety measures and due diligence followed to your customers. That's why Fourth have been developing a solution that will enable you to track your employees' health via a simple self-assessment. You will be able to view, analyse and react to the information submitted by your team, and use this to safely schedule shifts ahead of time.
The solution will:
- Send notifications to employees to remind them to submit their assessment
- Enable employees to simply submit a health self-assessment via their Fourth App before arriving to work
- Securely and confidentially store submitted information
- Alert managers of their teams submissions and quickly identify who is safe to come to work before they arrive on site
This new feature will naturally be made available to all Fourth customers using our Workforce Management solution and you and your team will have secure access via the Fourth App.
