The Change

A new rota global setting has been added to the system. When enabled it allows the user who is logged in to view their own Multiple Employment (ME) record on the rota ‘Add Employees’ page and add it to the rota. This is necessary if for example a General Manager is working a secondary role.

Reason for the Change

Client feature request to remove the restriction of user not being able to add their own ME record.

Customers Affected

All New Platform customers who have the Rota module enabled.

Setting:	Allow logged in user's employee to be added to rota
Type:	Boolean (Yes or No)
Level:	Organisational
Value(s):	‘Yes’ – The user who is logged in can view their Multiple Employment (ME) record on the rota Add Employee screen and add it to the rota. ‘No’ – The user who is logged in can only view ME records of employees below their access level on the rota Add Employee screen.
