WFM UK: HR Release Note: Downloading Document Templates from HR and Pension Modules

What’s Changing?

A new setting has been added to the HR and Pension modules which allows users to download Document Templates which have been previously uploaded and are in use.

Release Date: 31st October 2019

Reason for the Change

To allow People System users to download previously uploaded Document Templates from the HR and Pension modules so that they can be reviewed and updated more efficiently. 

Customers Affected

All People System users who use Document Management within the HR or Pension modules.

HR Module

Within the HR module, there is now an additional column within the Document Template page titled ‘Download this Template’.
 

• To locate this option, go to HR > Administration > Document Management > Document Templates
• Select the Download this Template setting

When ‘Download this Template’ has been selected, a pop-up will appear to ask whether to ‘Open’ or ‘Save’ the document.

When opened, the Document Template will download in the same format and with the original information uploaded to the document.

Pension Module

Within the Pension module, there is now an additional column within the Document Management template page titled ‘Download?’
 

• To locate this option, go to Pension > Administration > Document Management > Document Templates
• Select Download?
