New messages will be displayed in the Action column once a day is set to Actual (Act) to tell the user what the last action taken was.
Expected release date: on or after 19th July 2017.
Reason for the Change
Currently, once the day is set to Act, the text in the Actions column says ‘Day is set to actual’. Users cannot not see what actions have been selected after the day has been set to Act. There is no indication of the number of outstanding actions (if any).
The change provides greater transparency for those customers using T&A as to what actions their staff are taking and how they are using the T&A data.
All Team Hours customers using T&A
Actions and expected messages:
If user confirms the scheduled times – “Confirmed Scheduled Times”
If user confirms the T&A times – “Confirmed T&A Times”
If user manually enters the times – “Manually Entered Times”
If user is prompted to take action, but does not do anything before setting day to Actual = “No Action Taken”
If the system automatically reconciled and no user action was required – “No Action Required”
If T&A data is received with no matching forecast shift and user ignores T&A – “T&A Data Ignored”
Please note, there are provisional plans to continue enhancements on the user experience and feedback on this page. This change is part of ongoing improvements
Further detail and screen shots will be provided closer to the release date.
What has not changed:
Once the day is set to Act, no further action can be taken on the T&A screen (current functionality).
