Fourth Analytics WFM: Checking the Average Length of Service for Specific Job Title or Area

Overview

This article shows how to check the average length of service for a specific Job Title or Area.

• Go to the HR dashboard and select the Length of Service tab
• Select a range from the DATE filter and Apply
• Select an area from any of the ORG LEVEL filters and Apply
• Make a single selection from the JOB TITLE filter and Apply

Average numbers will be displayed beneath the filters and more detailed information (graphs/tables) will show further down the page (see Fig.2)
