Fourth Analytics WFM: Checking the Number of Employees that have Flexible Contracts

Overview

This article will show how to check how many hourly-paid female employees under 21 have flexible contracts.

• Go to the HR dashboard and select the Demographics tab
• Select Flexible from the CONTRACT TYPE filter
• Select Hourly from the EMPLOYMENT TYPE filter
• Select Female from the GENDER filter
• Select both <16 and 1621 from the AGE BUCKET filter
