The Change
Feature to allow managers to indicate events that will have impact on the forecast in a positive or negative way.
The Organisation setting screen has ability to turn on the functionality for the organisation and set a threshold to force the user to create events if the user adds a forecast adjustment that is more than the percent value in the organisation setting.
On the forecast screen a new button to create an event has been added if the organisation setting is. The button opens up a screen that allows the user to enter adjustments to the forecast for a day or day part.
On the forecast screen the user can still manually adjust the forecast but if the amount goes over the percent set in the organisation setting the user will be forced to enter an event.
A new set up screen has been introduced to configure event types for the organisation, this is only used on the create events screen for now. The idea is to use this for reporting moving forward.
Reason for the Change
This is a product improvement for Team Hours that will allow managers to improve the creation and management of adjustments.
Customers Affected
All customers can have the functionality turned on at an Organisation level.
