Eleven (11) new fields have been added to the Text File (*csv) version of the Absence Analysis Report.Release Date: 05-Feb-2015
Reason for the Change
Adding additional fields on the “Absence Analysis” report to assist in reviewing and tracking absence information.Customers Affected
This update affects all People System customers using the Absence Version 2 module in HR and Payroll.Release Notes
Absence Details Page
The following fields from the Absence Details Page have been added to the report:
1. Include all details of the SSP1 sent fields.
2. Displays days flagged that are qualifying days - displayed as Y. (Monday to Friday in example below).
3. Display days flagged that are non-qualifying days - displayed as N. (Saturday and Sunday in Example Below).
4. Report Weekly Rate for SSP earnings on record at date the Absence entered.

Note: SSP1 details may be recorded if the global setting is enabled. This is done by following the path: Payroll > Global Settings > Portal Settings > Record SSP1 Details.

The following fields have also been added the following details from the Absence summary screen:
5. Report total Qualifying Days against each absence entered.
6. Report total Waiting Days against each absence record entered.
7. Report total SSP days Paid against each absence record entered.
8. Report total Full days CSP days paid against each absence record entered.
9. Report total Half days CSP days paid against each absence record entered.
10. Report flag = Y to confirm if the Absence record has been applied as a linked absence.
11. Report flag = N to confirm if the Absence record has not been applied as a linked absence.
6. Report total Waiting Days against each absence record entered.
7. Report total SSP days Paid against each absence record entered.
8. Report total Full days CSP days paid against each absence record entered.
9. Report total Half days CSP days paid against each absence record entered.
10. Report flag = Y to confirm if the Absence record has been applied as a linked absence.
11. Report flag = N to confirm if the Absence record has not been applied as a linked absence.

Absence Analysis Report
- To access the report follow the path: HR > Reports > Absence Analysis (within the Employee group section).

- Enter the relevant filter criteria and select ‘Text File (*.csv)’ from the Report Output Format drop-down list.
- The new fields are shown in the sample report below.
