A new field has been added to various pages in the People System. Users may use this field to record an employee’s country of residence. The field is a dropdown list of the countries of the world.
The following pages have the new field:
- Employee Creation (HR & Payroll)
- Personal Details (HR & Payroll)
- Self Administration > Personal Details (HR)
Reason for the Change
Today Fourth is working with NEST and Scottish Widows. Scottish Widows require that an employee’s country of residence be provided in the data from Fourth. To facilitate this Fourth has added this field to the employee personal details page.
The field is non-mandatory but should be filled out if using Scottish Widows.
Further pension providers that Fourth connects with may also require this field. This will be informed by Fourth when this is necessary.
