Fourth Learn: Accessing your Account (token access)

This article shows the process of accessing your Fourth Learn account, where you have been provided with a token (aka security keyword) to access your training.

How do I know if I should be using a token?

There are multiple ways you may receive a token code to access Fourth Learn:

1. It may be provided to you directly by your company
2. It may be provided by your Fourth contact 
3. Or directly via email from the Fourth University team (at the request of your company - see Fig.1). This email would come from learn@fourth.com

Signing Up Using a Token

• When registering for training using a token that has been provided to you, use the enrolment link provided as part of the token
• If you do not already have an account on Fourth Learn, you will be asked to fill out the Registration Form (Fig.2) which will create an account for you

• You will then be taken to the sign-in page where you will need to reset your password to complete your account setup - select Lost My Password

• If you already have an account on Fourth Learn you will only need to enter the keyword provided
