What’s Changing?
Allowed hours, active hours and their variance can now be displayed for activity-based Departments with hidden labour standards.
Reason for the Change
Departments within a Location may not always follow the same break rules/patterns as each other.

Release Notes
The new functionality is controlled by an Organisation Setting.
- To enable this functionality, go to Scheduling > Settings > Organisation
- Select Edit against the required Organisation
- Scroll down to the 'Budget Widget' section and tick the box against Display Allowed Hours in Schedule by budget widget and then Save

Scheduling
Then, on the Scheduling page, in the refinement bar the allowed hours, actual hours and the variance of both will be displayed.

Allowed Hours = the uploaded allowed hours for the department for that scheduled week
Actual Hours = scheduled hours for employees + open shifts hours + contractor shifts hours + passive hours
Variance = Allowed Hours − Actual Hours
- The open shift hours and the contractor shift hours are now included in the deployment cards' Scheduled hours.
-The number of total shifts also includes open shifts and contractor shifts.
