Overview
Fuego, in partnership with Dash Solutions, is now offering the Fuego Paycard, available through the Fuego app.
The Fuego Paycard offers fee-free* on-demand pay transactions and is available to minors and those whose ID could not be verified successfully. This means that 100% of your workforce can be serviced by a fee-free* on-demand pay option, with either the Fuego Prepaid Card or the Fuego Paycard.
Please note: The Fuego Paycard can also be a stock paycard, if needed, for you to have on-hand at location level.

How is the Card Issued?
The card is issued directly to employees through the Fuego app, so there is no need to manage stock of Paycards.
When applying for a card through the Fuego app, employees will automatically be shown the Prepaid Card by default. Based on the details they enter and/or the results of their ID check, they will either successfully apply for the Prepaid Card or be routed automatically to apply for the Paycard instead, i.e. where Fuego determines the employee is a minor based on their date of birth entered, or if they fail the ID check.
User Journey In-App
Since the Fuego app defaults to present the Fuego Prepaid Card to employees, the initial application process remains the same. Employees will be presented with the screens shown below where they are under the age of majority (Fig.1) or if they fail the ID check based on their ID not being located (Fig.2), each providing them the option of applying for the Fuego Paycard.

Upon successful application for the Fuego Paycard, a confirmation screen will display. In the Fuego app, Paycard users will see their card balance and account information. Full account management is done via the 'MyDashCard' app, which is linked under the Paycard in the Fuego app (see below).

If an employee fails the ID check against the Prepaid Card for any reason other than their ID not being located, they will be presented with the screen below (Fig.5).

In such cases, Fourth's dedicated Fuego Support team will investigate and if necessary, manually trigger the Paycard application flow for the user.

The Fuego Visa Card is issued by Central Bank of Kansas City, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. The Fuego Paycard Visa® Prepaid Card is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Members FDIC pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. This card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Visa is a registered trademark owned by Visa International Service Association. The Fuego Paycard issuance is dependent on I-9 verification for anyone 13+.
