Welcome to Logbook, your dependable ally for mastering shift management with ease. Think of Logbook as your toolkit for staying organized and on top of things when the pressure's on.
With Logbook, finding crucial information is available at your fingertips, neatly organized and easily accessible. And don't worry, your team's entries are kept confidential, so sensitive information stays secure.
Every entry in the Digital Logbook is stamped with the time, date, and author, ensuring accuracy and accountability. Our search feature lets you pinpoint entries by keyword, date, team member, or importance, saving you time and effort.
And here's the kicker: once an entry is logged, it's locked in place, preventing any unauthorized changes until someone else has reviewed it. So whether you're managing a team or a shift, Logbook can help you stay on track and in control.

ToDos
ToDos allow managers to assign important messages or duties to other users with access to the Logbook tab, where progress on these items can be checked.
It is also possible to set up a recurring ToDo for something that occurs on a regular schedule.
For an overview of the ToDo functionality, please see this article.
The Logbook is a communication log that managers can use to track operation notes and staff performance - including a feature called ToDos. These allow managers to assign important messages or duties to other users and track the progress on these items.
Helpful Tip! ToDos are only visible to users with access to the Logbook tab, so they can only be assigned to those users. For example, if the employee permission set does not include access to Logbook, anyone with employee level access cannot be assigned ToDos. Contact Customer Support with any questions about modifying the access of different permission groups.
