What's Changing?
A new permission has been added to the HR Module user access page that allows those with acces to view all linked pay rates for a job title when creating multiple employment records.
Reason for the Change
Currently, if a user attempts to create a multiple employment record and apply a job title that is not applied to that user's Location, then the linked pay rates will not be available to select, leaving the Multiple Employment Hourly Rate at £0.00 and unavailable to edit. With this new setting, it will allow the linked pay rates to be viewed and selected.

Release Note Info/Steps
To locate and update the new user permission, go to:
- HR Module > Users > Assign User Access > select User
The new permission Allow Visibility of Pay Rates for All Job Titles is under the 'Employees' section of the page.
- To apply this user permission, scroll up and select User Profile from the top right corner
- Scroll back down and tick the box against Allow Visibility of Pay Rates for All Job Titles
- Then scroll to the bottom and select Next
- Cycle through the remaining pages (Assign Locations & Divisions)

What's Changing?
Please note: This will only be available from 1st April 2024.
Similarly to when the National Living Wage dropped from 25 to 23 years of age, the linked rates of pay within the job title configuration have been updated to reflect the April 2024 National Living Wage changes. The 'Over 23 years old' increment has been removed, meaning the 'Over 21 years old' increment is now the highest.
Reason for the Change
To comply with legislative changes. As of 1st April 2024, the National Living Wage is effective for those who are 21 years of age or older, and not 23 years of age or older.

Release Note Info/Steps
To find job title-linked rates of pay, go to:
- HR Module > Company Admin > Job Titles > select Job Title > Link Rates of Pay (drop-down in top right corner)
As shown below, there is no longer an 'Over 23' increment for Hourly, Shift or Salary as well as no '21-22' increment. These have been replaced by the 'Over 21' increment to remain in line with the National Living Wage and Minimum Wage increments.
