MacromatiX: Download Centre

Overview

MacromatiX Mobile Download Centre is a report storage tool that allows a Manager to easily collect a range of reports that have been generated for Sales, Transaction and Store operational data. With the touch of a fingertip, a report that has been selected in the MX Mobile Report Portal will be generated for viewing and/or exporting in the Download Centre.

By having operational data available in a simple mobile solution, MacromatiX makes centralized, real-time reporting possible, leading to more accurate data-driven decisions by Managers for their Restaurants. 

  Best practices for the Download Centre:  

• Most reports will be automatically set to be retrieved in the Download Centre, allowing managers to move on with other operational tasks whilst the report is generating in the background of MacromatiX. 
• Multiple report formats are available - including PDF, Excel, CSV, XML and more.

  Steps

• Log into the MacromatiX Mobile site directly on a mobile device and from the Menu select Reports (Fig.1) 
• Select Download Centre (Fig.1)

 The Download Centre default display is set to Not Downloaded

There are 3 options to search and filter the available reports in the Download Centre (Fig.2)

1. Enter the name of a report in the Search Text field and the reports containing this text will filter in the main panel.
2. Select the date range field and a calendar will pop-up to choose the date range, week or month that reports were generated from the Report Portal. 
3. Select the arrow from the status drop-down and choose an option to view reports by the 3 different status types. 

• To download a report, select it from the main panel and it will highlight blue (Fig.3)

Multiple reports can be selected at one time.

• Select the arrow from the ACTIONS drop-down and choose one of the 3 actions  (Fig.4)

• Download: This will download the report/s to the device in use for viewing
• Clear Selection: This will unselect the report/s so you can choose a different report/s
• Delete: This will delete the report/s from the Download Centre

• Once a report has been Downloaded, the details of this action are listed in the main panel (Fig.5)

• If there was a download error, the report will appear with a Failed status under the ALL DOWNLOADS filter (Fig.6)
