MacromatiX: Switch between stores

Overview

MacromatiX Mobile allows users to have access to multiple stores under the one login. This is called Multi-store access.  

Multi-store access allows a user to quickly and easily switch between stores to view and/or edit modules of MX, saving time and allowing a busy manager to review operations of multiple sites on their mobile device.

To set up a user to have Multi-store access, please contact your Head Office support desk who can access the Admin modules of MacromatiX and set this up for your brand & store. 

  Best practices for MacromatiX Multi-Store users are:

• Always double check the store you are logged in to so as to make sure you are viewing and editing the intended location.

Navigation to Change Store view

• Log into the MacromatiX Mobile site directly on a mobile device and select the arrow on the profile icon (Fig.1)

•  Select Change Store and a list of Stores a user has access to will appear. (Fig.2 & 3)

• To access another store, choose Select. (Fig. 3)

• A green pop-up confirmation will appear advising of the store that has been selected. (Fig.4)

• To review the store that a user is currently logged in to, select the arrow on the profile icon and the store name will appear (Fig.5)
