New Features & Improvements | Mobile
No Longer Supports iOS 8
As of October 27th, iOS 8 will no longer be supported. The apps may still function on older versions, but the HotSchedules, Logbook, and Recruit apps will only be supported on iOS 9 and later.
Follow Up Trigger
Admins have been able to request Follow Ups from web and Android users when Temperature and Number Tasks are out of tolerance since the 4.0.51.0 Release, but now iOS users will get the prompt as well when a Task is out of the range set at the ASC level. In order to trigger the Follow Up though, admins must first check the Recommend Follow Up box at the ASC level when creating/modifying their company’s Task Lists.

iOS users at the site level who enter a temperature or number that is out of tolerance will then receive a warning letting them know their submission did not meet the criteria configured by the admin.

Clicking Cancel allows users to go back to submit a new entry, and Create Follow Up will present users the Follow Up page with the Subject (1), Assigned To (2), Due Date (3), and Comments (4) fields automatically filled in. To further assist users, the out-of-tolerance entry is automatically added to the comment.

Once the Follow Up is saved, users can still attempt to submit a different entry, but if the new entry is out of tolerance as well, they will receive another warning.

Because a Follow Up was created with the last out-of-tolerance entry, users can now modify the Follow Up. Notice how there are now two out-of-tolerance comments for each entry.

Store Log Attachments
iOS and Android users are now able to view attachments to Store Log entries. Entries that contain an attachment will be marked with a paperclip icon that can be tapped to display the attachments.

Mobile users will be able to upload photos in a future Release.

Library Improvements
Performance improvements have been made to the Library to easily filter documents by Category.
Viewing Locked Task Lists
4.0.53.1 introduced the ability to lock Task Lists from being copied. With this Release, ASC users at a higher level in the company hierarchy with Write access can view which Task Lists have been locked at lower levels.
