The new scheduler allows users to unpost a schedule. Unposting a schedule will remove those particular shifts from the employees view whenever they log into HotSchedules.
Note: You can only unpost the schedule for weeks in the future.
To unpost a schedule follow these steps:
- Log into your HotSchedules account and go to the Scheduling tab. Select the week you would like to unpost for and choose the wrench icon at the top right hand corner of the scheduler.
- If a schedule is currently posted, a choice will appear called Unpost Schedule. Selecting this option will bring up a menu with all the schedules that are currently posted. To unpost a schedule, simply check it off and select Unpost.
