Casual to fexable employee holiday impact

Given the ruling by Supreme Court that calculating holidays using the 12.07% calculation is unlawful, Celine Stewart will be changing casual employees to flexible in the coming weeks.

Celine Stewart's question is will any future booked holidays that are showing as hours will automatically change to days following the change from casual to flexible employment type? If these do not move how are these best transferred?
