What does "Shift Modified, No Longer For Trade" mean?

After running a Release/Approval History report (under Schedules and Rosters), I noticed that many of the shifts have "Shift Modified, No Longer For Trade" listed in the Info column.

Can someone please tell me what this means?

Hi Debbie, 

It simply means the shift was never picked by anyone. A little confusing I know. I've added to my roadmap to distinguish between true modifications that would negate the release vs a shift that was never picked up by another employee.
