Is Anyone Else Having Trouble Getting Resolution on Tickets or Helpful Responses?
Is anyone else having trouble getting HS Support to respond to tickets? We have 13 tickets open (some over a month old) and over 20 employees across multiple locations that have not synced. Requests to our Customer Service Rep have been bounced back because she no longer works for HS and no one at HS seems to be able to supply a new contact. Any ideas or tips from the community on how to get action would be appreciated.
