so much trouble barely learning this sight

I know it's inconvenient. But I'm just barely getting to use this site where I was at before. In Canyon, we didn't have to use this site. I talked to Jonathan about being off  from the 16  to the 19 of march durring my break to go visit my brothers in oklahoma aswell as  my nephews, he told me to put it in hot schedules but I had not  recieved the link yet i have in on the calender and i asked him personally two weeks in advance but i just recieved the schedule days after the link and i am scheduled im not trying to be that guy its just i have been waiting on this break to go see some family with my parents i barely got into hotschedules  now because im in finals week doing 8 week courses so im studying for a final and finally gettin my info into this app can you please help with this dilema if not i understand completely. i Will do what I'm told in the end.
