Best Practice Transfering Recipes

I have property 1 creating a dish which they then send to property 2. What's the best way for us to transfer the stock of the finished dish into Property 2? Given that property 2 will not have the ingredients of the recipe on their site to make it costed locally.

Thanks Francis. 

We're familiar with the inter-property transfer mechanism. My query specifically relates to using this to transfer RECIPES, not products. We operate with a CP property, but recipes are created and stored locally on each property. I don't want to move recipes into CP to allow them to be transferred, so how else to manage this?
