cant log into app

Ive already spent considereable time trying to log onto the app, and after a month, have not been able to use it. It just stays on the loading screen, loading for 10-15  minutes before I quit it. sometimes if I mash my fingers on the screen out of anger it will go to another login screen. but goes no where.

If I click forgot username,  it ask for me email, I give, hit enter, wait to load, then gives me an error msg. 
At this point, Keep your broken app. Just give me my money back. Frankly I think ya'll owe me for the hours of my time and frustrations, but I know a company that puts out a broken product is unlikely to own up to their mistakes. Please fix this problem or give me my $2.99 back.
