Submitted an Incident last Nov and still open, not resolve
I am new to the HS community. I have an incident submitted last Nov2 and I followed up and I got the same answer. I even involve our IT Team to communicate to HS, still, nothing happened. The ticket according to the customer service still on escalation.
I am wondering if how long does an escalation or incident gets resolved?
