Outlet Inventory Sheet- Hide Zero Moving Items
Hello,
When printing the Outlet Inventory Sheets, I noticed an option of Hide Zero Moving Items. Can you let me me know the logic or process Adaco is using to exclude products from the inventory sheets?
zero moving items based on purchases, requisitions, etc.? from what date range?
Thanks

Good morning Alfredo Vazquez,
Thank you for your query.
As noted in this Article: Adaco: Outlet Inventory Sheet Report
Hide Zero Moving Items: "When enabled, generates the report with only products that have been requisitioned to the selected outlet(s) during the current period."For clarity, I have confirmed with our Product Team that any product movement during the current period, e.g. requisitions to/from, transfers to/from, sales depletions, receivings/returns, &/or inventory adjustments will result in items being visible.
The Article will be updated with this additional information but the URL will remain the same for future reference.
Please let us know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Best

Just an FYI on this........One thing you must also understand about printing your inventory sheets hiding the zero moving items is that when you are doing the data entry into Adaco based off the sheets (not via the ap) all your inventory items will be on the screen, but you will only have moving items on your sheets. so this can slow down your data entry of the counts because your missing items from the count sheets. I made the mistake of running my sheets this way one time and it was horrible because rather than using fast 10-key strokes to enter in the counts, i had to scroll through to find each item.
