HotSchedules not responding to my support request.
Is anyone else having issues with HotSchedules not responing to their support tickets?
I began a request almost a year ago and it has still not been resolved. While the ticket I started over 3 months ago remains open, previous tickets related to our issue have been closed without resolution.
