Toast POS Integration
I've been waiting for over one month to get support on integrating Toast POS with Hotschedules. Case was opened on 9/13/21 and as of today, still no response other than... "We're sorry but someone will be with you soon".
"Soon"? When is soon? This is ridiculously long for a POS integration which is part of the monthly fee... But no urgency on Fourth or HS's side. Very disappointing.
