Blocking 'Individual Routing'

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with disabling 'Individual Routing' option in purchase requisitions. We want to make sure everyone is using route type 'Route List' rather than manually selecting people who have approval rights. Is this possible? We have tried amending user set up and selected 'Needs allowed route', however, users still have the option to select individual routing.

Great question, 

There is a setting under User Group Access Rights which determines whether the user can select Individual users or not when routing for Approval, the below Article link which goes through the Requisition Access Rights will show you where the particular access right is. the access right is "Route to Individual Rights" - if you do not tick any of the boxes against this access right then users within the User Group will only have the option to select the pre-defined Approval Routes you have setup,
