'Detail' Reports in Labor Dashboard
'Detail' pop-up reports have been added to the Labor dashboard. These detailed reports provide more granular insights for users, allowing them to view breakdowns by location, time period, and labor cost.

New 'Details Hours' Report Under 'Hours Breakdown' Tab
This new report provides the possibility to report on Actual, Forecast, Scheduled and Optimal hours as well as relevant variances split by Department, Job Title and Time Slot

Enhanced Ranking in 'Benchmark' Tab
Sales and Hours metrics have been added to the current ranking logic on the 'Benchmark' tab on the 'Labor Optimization' dashboard

Side by Side Analysis tab
A new tab has been added to the Labor Optimization dashboard that allows users to conduct side-by-side analysis of Actual, Forecasted, Scheduled, and Optimal Labor data with Sales and Hours metrics. This provides a holistic view of operational efficiency and performance, and reflects a similar report available in HotSchedules, making it easier to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Inclusion of Salaried Costs in Labor Dashboard
The Labor dashboard has been enhanced to provide a more comprehensive view of labor costs, displaying labor costs and percentages inclusive of salaried employees. Previously, the dashboard displayed labor costs and percentages for hourly employees only, while labor hours included both hourly and salaried employees-

'Detail' pop-up reports have been added to the Sales dashboard. These detailed reports provide in-depth insights via a more detailed breakdown

Enhanced WAPE Metric Calculation
The new calculation includes only actual sales greater than zero and aggregates the data by location and date. This enhancement ensures accurate reporting by handling edge cases where negative sales values have been entered.
This enhancement addresses a previous issue where all dates and locations were included, even when actual sales were zero, leading to distorted metrics
