Identifying sponsored workers

Hi 

Is there a way to identify sponsored Visa employees on reporting and rotas.

As we take on more sponsored workers, it’s becoming increasingly important that we have visibility on where they’re working at all times, and can quickly report any changes to:

  • Salary
  • Job title
  • Personal information
  • Absence (especially if they’re AWOL)

Do you know if there’s a function or feature on Fourth that could help manage this or flag sponsored workers in some way for tracking purposes?
